Dispatch follows scope and inspection.

Shipping is quoted after size, mass, protection needs and destination are known.

Indicative timing

Lead times begin only after scope, written measurements, material, payment terms and the named revision are approved. Prototype review, customer feedback or missing inputs can move the dispatch date.

Packaging and cost

GST, shipping and unusually complex design work are excluded from published starting prices. Pins and critical faces may require protective caps, fitted packaging or a dedicated case, quoted to suit the fixture.

Receipt

Inspect outer packaging before acceptance where practical. Photograph damage, keep all packaging and contact us promptly. Do not install a damaged fixture or spare until its interfaces and revision ID have been checked.
