Process / Six control points

Make assumptions visible before production.

A fixture is only as useful as its datum strategy, declared environment and approval record.

01

Brief the operation

Send the part revision, process, quantities, written dimensions, tolerances and failure you want to prevent.

02

Confirm scope

We identify datums, contact surfaces, material exposure, safety boundaries, CAD needs and whether a paid site visit is useful.

03

Model + written proof

The concept and open assumptions are recorded. You approve the named revision in writing before anything is made.

04

Prototype once

Where included, one prototype round checks fit, access and ergonomics. Further iterations are separately quoted.

05

Validate + release

You validate the fixture in the real process, with guarding and safe-work controls intact, before production use.

06

Control revisions

Approved production files, replacement parts and later changes stay attached to explicit revision IDs.
