FAQ / Scope without ambiguity
Clear answers before a fixture is quoted.
If your situation carries unusual heat, chemicals, loads or machine-safety implications, include them in the first brief.
Can you quote from photographs?
Photographs help us understand context, but final manufacture requires written measurements, tolerances and approval. Paid site measurement or reverse-engineering CAD can be scoped separately.
Is one prototype included?
One prototype round is included only where the written offer says so. Further physical or CAD iterations are separately quoted.
Are prices final?
No. Published prices are indicative starting points in INR and exclude GST, shipping and unusually complex design work.
Can printed fixtures be used near heat or chemicals?
Sometimes, after the exact temperature, duration, chemical and duty cycle are assessed. PETG, PETG-CF, PA-CF, ASA and TPU all have limits.
Do you certify machine safety?
No. The customer must validate the fixture, guarding, interlocks, process and operator instructions before use. Fixtures must not bypass safety controls.
How are replacements controlled?
Approved configurations receive revision IDs. A spare must match the physical fixture, material, hardware and part or machine revision before installation.
What is excluded?
GST, shipping, unusually complex design work, paid site visits, reverse-engineering CAD, extra prototype rounds and unapproved scope changes are excluded unless written into the quote.
What should I send first?
Send the operation, part revision, stable datums, critical dimensions, quantity, environment, process loads, desired timing and clear photos or CAD references.
