Scope with confidence
Clear choices before production.
- Customer-supplied written measurements, tolerances and approval define the scope; dimensions are not inferred from photographs.
- One prototype round is included unless stated otherwise; further iterations, paid site visits and reverse-engineering CAD are quoted separately.
- Every approved issue receives a revision ID; production or replacement work begins only against the named written revision.
- Wear, heat, chemical exposure, impact and material compatibility must be declared; polymer fixtures are not universal substitutes for metal tooling.
- The customer must complete machine, process and operator safety validation before use; no fixture bypasses guards, interlocks or safe-work procedures.
- Do not use for lifting, life-safety, pressure containment or unassessed high-temperature service. Inspect pins, inserts, clamps and printed bodies before every shift.
